Previously I have written about soloing old instances for fun and profit. Today I thought I’d write about a Burning Crusade era raid that, with patience, can be soloed quite easily by a level 85 character. I’m talking about Magtheridon’s Lair.

A while ago I wrote about soloing older dungeons and raids for fun and profit. Today I thought I’d give a brief overview of the Classic Molten Core raid. For a majority of classes it can be quite easily soloed at level 85.

Looking up some of the loot for Ruby Sanctum, which has now popped up on wowhead, the hunter in me is a little sad. Due to the size of my guild I’m probably only going to get into the 10 man version of the raid, unless I’m brave enough to PUG the 25 man version. [...]

For those people that were on the borderline of being ready to enter the Ice Crown Citadel raid, Blizzard have just done you a big favor by increasing the + damage, health and healing buff by another 5 per cent.

Here’s an interesting video of a Rogue soloing Patchwerk (25 man mode), the “target dummy” boss in Naxxramas. The video runs for close to 10mins, however the Rogue has said that the entire fight lasted 4 hours 45 minutes.
